At the entry point of the platform, the ColDesi 24H2 uses a dual-printhead design to produce CMYK color and a precisely aligned white underbase on DTF film.
For businesses requiring greater throughput, the ColDesi 24H4 moves to a four-head platform capable of producing up to 125 linear feet per hour and approximately 225 full-front transfers per hour.
The ColDesi 24H5 expands the platform with five Epson i3200 printheads and options for standard or expanded-color production. The standard CMYK + White configuration is capable of producing 400+ 8″ × 10″ transfers per hour.
For businesses looking for high-production performance with additional color flexibility, the ColDesi 24H6 features six Epson i3200 printheads and supports both CMYK + White and expanded CMYKOG + White configurations.
At the high-production end of the platform, the ColDesi 24H6E is engineered for production environments where maximum throughput is a priority. The six-head system is capable of producing 500+ transfers per hour or 275+ linear feet of printed film per hour in its published high-speed configuration.
