The AcroShear automated cutting system helps eliminate one of the most common production bottlenecks in DTF printing by reducing manual trimming and delivering clean, precise cuts directly from DTF output.
Completing the automated DTF workflow is the AP360 automated press, engineered for high-output garment production. In live production environments, shops are producing more than 350 shirts per hour, with successful output reaching as high as 440 shirts per hour.
